International and national directors

Cécile Gassler is the International Director of the Spiritual Care Program. Cécile trained as a Shiatsu therapist and worked with cancer patients and their families until 1997, when she was invited to France to become Christine Longaker's personal assistant. Previous to taking over the role of International Director, Cécile served as SCP's Training Manager, coordinating the training of educators and facilitiators and developing the content of seminars and study groups. Cécile has been a student of Sogyal Rinpoche since 1995 and has also studied with Thich Nath Hanh. She currently lives with her family in the south of France.
