What needs to be healed?

Sometimes through no fault of our own, we are left with suffering, pain, grief, hurt or disappointment, which keeps coming back. Continuing to carry this unfinished business around within us we encounter even further unhappiness. Hoping to find contentment instead we find fear and habitual confusion feeding experiences of frustration and even loneliness.

How can we heal?

Finding the courage to remain open, authentic and connect with our true nature, we can then bring healing and joy into our relationships. This workshop will provide the basis for a self–reflective process, giving us insights and a practical methodology to address old problems and unblock difficult communication with others. Tools are provided to express our natural gentleness and kindness, which can be used in our interactions with partners, family members, work colleagues, and in any caregiving situation.

What we offer

The opportunity to directly experience how meditation, compassion reflections can enable compassionate interaction. Through learning how to apply practices such as Mindfulness, Loving Kindness and Forgiveness we can transform past difficulties and open to more genuine relationships. We will also show, through experiential exercises, how communication and listening, based on our inherent capacity for love and compassion, can give us the power to change difficulty in relationships.

Who is it for?

This weekend is open to all, including anyone who has been through a break up in a relationship; a difficult relationship within their family; difficulty with a work colleague, or anyone who has been hurt by a relationship.
