Celebrating over 20 years of changing the way we care

What we offer

Professional Education

Our professional skills training programme teaches health and social care professionals the skills of mindfulness, awareness meditation as well as methods to enhance empathy and deepen and sustain compassion with the aim to:

  • improve person care and effectiveness, and enhance relationships with those they care for,
  • enhance listening and communication skills, build resilience and cultivate greater self-awareness,
  • increase confidence and the capacity to manage difficult care situations.

We provide a consultancy service and our curriculum provides specialised training within social and health care settings, such as hospitals, hospices, as well as on courses at universities.

Care Centres

To support people in need we have established a Care Centre in Ireland and we are currently developing one in Germany.

They aim to serve people from all walks of life facing life challenges, such as ill health, disability, life-limiting illness, or a bereavement or loss, as well as families, carers and supporters.

International Conferences

We partner and organize international conferences to foster dialogue and transform the way we care. Our educators are invited to present talks and workshops at conferences around the world.
